Title: Need sodium hypophosphite out of this plating sol

Have this plating solution: sodium hypophosphite 20%; sodium hydroxide 15%; acetic acid 15%.  Am NOT a chemist..but really need to know how to get the sodium hypophosphite out of the solution.  We have heard of slowly cooking it down(on stovetop in corning with lid then putting it in the freezer--some solids hhave formedm,  but we dont know what it is for sure--PLEASE can someone help????? OR is it even possible??  ::) ASASP??? THANKS
