how much meth freebase can toulene hold before it gets saturated? (so one can measure how much to use)

To answer the question, toluene and meth freebase are miscible in every proportion. Both are non-polar liquids. You cannot 'saturate' one with the other, no matter what proportions you mix them they will never produce two layers.

yes I wanted to know if the Tetrachloroethylene could be to employ to extract the Meth freebase ?

TCE does not titrate well,(as it is a bottom puller) but it is great for gassing as it does not need to be dried and can be used str8 out da can.
