What does this mean?

So you want to check the boiling point of some HI solution?

if its an actual lab flask then its probably borosilicate, so you should be fine... it youre in doubt then test it with some water first  :)

yes i was asking if my cheap lab flask would hold up.   coincidently i did end up testing w/ water and it held up the the HI
