Is this the salvia that contains DMT?
JUST BECAUSE I TALK ABOUT SOMETHING, DOES NOT MEAN THAT I HAVE ACTUALLY DONE IT, OR PLAN TO DO IT!
There seems to be no salvia species containing DMT. The psychoactive Salvia divinorum (
http://salvia.lycaeum.org/ (http://salvia.lycaeum.org/)
) contains Salvinorin A (which is not an alkaloid but a diterpene).
If there is a dmt containing salvia, I am too unaware of it. Salvia divinorum is the psychoactive sally, (not even an alkaloid); salvia splendens also might have some value.
Meme is insane, imaginary, and lying.
Salvinorum A is a diterpenoid thing, not an alkaloid.

Many salvia species are suspected of being psychoactive, most notable s. divinorum
So Salvia divinorum is suspected of being psychoactive, eh?
Salvinorin A contains nitrogen. It is synthesised by a plant. It is an alkaloid.
Salvinorin contains no nitrogen and thus cannot be an alkaloid.
It is actually a terpene, I think. Salvinorin is so different in the fact that it is not an alkaloid. I feel that when used properly, it is one of the most intense drugs known to man (I've never tried a little Silence, Tranquility, and Peace, STP). I have salvia officianalis in my backyard. The only thing it is good for is greek dishes involving lamb and making those hippy stick incense things that were popular at the dead shows.
Flame on mother fucker, just wake the fuck up or shut the fuck up.
S. officionalis cintains thujune in high concentrations. Also not an alkaloid.
