Swim makes his Hg salt by shaking a iodine tincture bottle with a big blob of mercury in it.  Swim recently got tired of shaking and came up with this.  Basicly swim just glued a spare i2 bottle to the center of a Pc fan.  now swim just refils the Bottle with I2 and flips a switch.  It has to be right in the center though..

VL, That is the best way Pickler has ever heard of mixing. That's is great, think swim is gonna try this. :)
We'll soon find out if I'm a chemist or not!

The elements Hg and I2 will combine directly when exposed to each other?
