Well i think Organikum humble opinion
is well maybe right your going to get
flamed ! .How about trying the UTFSE
it's the first thing i would do.

Instead of dreaming about a glamourous lab setup think about what you can afford and aquire.

I have all that exept that Dimroth condenser(or dry ice condenser as you call it).I don't feel like it's some ultimate setup.I've been to small scale chemical plant and there was what i call "ultimate" few hundred liter hydrogenation vessels.Fractionating column over 3 floors(that must had been over 10 meters long and packed with stainless steel packing so that vac distillations could be made with ease).Large(over 100 liters) thick glass rx vessels with heavy mechanical stirring,all pressurisable.All this is unused cuz head of this chemical plant is in jail(for meth manu in ultra-large scale).
