Considering the dopamine/noradrealine releasing effect of 1-benzylpiperazine and the wierd serotonergic effect of 1-(3-trifluorophenyl)piperazine, I´m pretty sure there might be a few hidden treasures within the piperazine family.
Also, in the patent above, on page 2, there is also mentioned something about a japanese patent regarding m-trifluoromethylphenyl benzyl piperazines having analgetic and tranqualizing properties. Might come handy when the voices in the head becomes too loud and annoying.  ;)
