After running the O2 wacker , there is a mixture of PdCl2,CuCl,methanol, and ketone......

Now the problem is , swim has another 9 or so wackers to run (as you can only use 100mL at a time,as per writeup)..

Can swim store this mixture in the freezer , without distilling the tone first ?

Swim wanted to pool together the post-wacker contents and just do 1 distillation rather than 10.....

absolutely, but a suggestion might be to run a bisulfite test after your 1st wacker to make sure you were in fact sucessful making ketone,  before you go to all that additional effort
