This stuff is pretty handy if you can find it. No more having to pull apart your glass to test your distillation fractions. Just find a nice syringe with a 16 gauge (or whatever) needle tip, slip some of this stuff over your needle tip, disconnect your vacuum hose and slide the tube in through your vacuum adaptor and into your recieving flask, to extract your goodies.

Saves time, Less mess. :)

Is this new product from several large companies or only a couple smaller ones?

Dunno, a friend located it at one of the bigger chemistry equipment supply companies.

Just find a nice syringe with a 16 gauge (or whatever) needle tip, slip some of this stuff (the teflon microtube) over your needle tip, disconnect your vacuum hose and slide the (other end of the teflon micro-) tube in through your vacuum adaptor and into your recieving flask, to extract (by drawing back the plunger on the syringe) your goodies (or baddies).

What part of that is hard to understand?
