    I have read synth after synth for the al/hg w/MeAm. I have read them many times, and have not found one using methylamine.hcl instead of a solution of MeAm in methanol. Does anybody know of any good writeups on a synth using the HCl salt instead of the freebase? Just looking for some advice for which has had more success rate?
