Ok. say one get's a iodine solution containing around 23% iodine and 23% potassium iodide. Will the "RP/Ephedrine/Balloon"-Meth Synth work with an direct extract from those 2 Ingredients out of the Soulution or has the Potassium iodide to be separated (or transformed or what ever) first??

See the Stimulants forum FAQ. Iodine tincture contains Iodine and Potassium Iodide among other things, so just follow one of those procuedures.
