Can someone here please help me with the post I gave in the STIMULANTS regarding the Fester formula? This is driving me nuts-equiv. weight is related to the number of electrons needed to do the reduction. So is it 17 for the hydroxyl(17 amu.) or is it 2 electrons from the +2 charge from the hydrogen needed for the reduction? How many electrons needed to reduce?Ah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
