Can someone give me some feedback on scaleing this procedure up? I like the availabilty of the chems but if it cant be scaled up to kilogram sized rxn's then its useless to me.The phenylnitropropene seems very simple to manufacture by way of benzaldehyde and nitroethane.this synth is calling out my name,if kilo sized rxn is impossible what is largest possible run.
