I asked some friends from La Sorbonne about phenmeprazine or any morpholines-amphetamines analogs.
Many of them can be bought in China (and Thiomorpholine are pretty easy findable)

R1 seems to be the most effective : R1-methyl is considered as a "putain de stim euphorique et tout et tout" (source : and old funky chemist, friend of mine).
R2 works but that's definitaly not the best position (Although R2-methoxy has been studied).
R3 or dimethylamine position is Phendimetrazine and is a pretty weak stimulant.
Substitution of the phenyl group seems to be a waste of time, I'll check the activity of those eventual analogs (Mdo, para methoyx, methyl or Trimethoxy groups on the phenyl) in books but I've doubts on it.
And finally

I discovered that phenmeprazine is a pretty known substance in Chemistry studies (In France though) and that's synthetized by students 'cause it's a powerful and easy makable stimulant and It don't make bad come down (pseudo amphetamine activity).
In France it's made from Phenylpropanolamine + 1,2-dibormoethane.
R1 or R2 is made from phenylpropanolamine + Propylene dichloride.
Phendimeprazine is made frome (pseudo)Ephedrine + 1,2-dibromoethane or 1,2-dichloroethane.
and yes, 3,6-dimethyl-2phenylmorpholine is the most euphoric, pro-sexual and *Wow* substance tried by my pony & me
