Interesting Threads
« on: July 19, 2010, 09:11:32 AM »
I often see interesting threads on other sites that I feel would bring up good discussion or interest the people here, so I am going to make a thread where anyone can post links to threads on other sites that they find interesting, as long as it is relavant to some degree within the main focus of this site. So examples would be links from sciencemadness, wetdreams, bluelight, BL, etc

This can also be used to bring more attention to a post that the person may want to receive more attention too, as well.

Hopefully this will be useful, I am not to sure if it will be or not - if it isn't, it will just fall to the bottom and be ignored I suppose.

I don't currently have any threads to really add, but I thought I would make this while I still had the idea and was by the computer.

This one is fairly interesting, it is about a strange reaction with DCM, HCl, and Al - there is a bit of trolling in it though - http://www.sciencemadness.org/talk/viewthread.php?tid=14111

More to come soon, feel free to participate.

No one should be using adobe acrobat reader. It is bloated and slow and this is the latest in an incredibly long list of security holes and zero day exploits. This one is different in that it is cross platform but there are many alternatives such as foxit reader.
