oerlikon is on the money about antiemetics and opiates i took 10 grams of kratom and only 50 mg of dimenhydrinate.
and it feels much nicer than kratom alone.
a popular thing was codiene and promethiazine or phenergan.
a weak opiate like codiene is potentiated substantially by an antiemetic so the principal is a very sound idea.

I extracted a little bit less than 200mg of codeine and will try it with 50mg of dramina.
Anyone knows is it safe to mix it with 100-150mg of tramadol!?
Codeine alone does almost nothing for me.

i've mixed heroin and tramadol so i'm pretty sure codeine is safe.
the two boost each other nicely

If even high doses of codeine do nothing, it is possible you may be cytochrome-P450-2D6 deficient, a hepatic enzyme requisite for conversion of codeine to morphine, such people get next to shit all effect from codeine, regardless of the dosage.

In that case trying to potentiate it with diphenhydramine, which I assume is what you meant by 'dramina' (dramamine, brand name, right?) still isn't going to make codeine work.

Tramadol is also a prodrug, demethylated and further metabolised by a whole host of CYP-P450 pathways, apparently effectiveness in P450-2D6 deficient users is reduced but not entirely eliminated, I guess due to the larger variety of first-pass metabolic routes than codeine.

I read about that problem, but biggest dose of codeine I ever taken was cca. 200mg and
effect were very very light, maybe this combo will answer is it really P450-2D6 deficiency
or just too low dosage on such a big guy. ;D

I tried codeine+tramadol since some people reported great synergy, but I got  with mixed results,
probably due too much caffeine in extract. Now I washed water extract with toluene before evaporating,
so this should remove most of it.

And yes,Dramina is diphehnydramine, but since we allready discused that in previous posts
it is more convenient and less prone to typing errors to call it Dramina. ;)
I heard that this stuff is actually illegal in some African countries.

inducers for sub type 2d6 are few but st. john's wort is an inducer of that enzyme

Seems that codeine+tramadol+dramina is BAD combo.
Very good against pain, makes you totaly numb, but you actually feel very anxious and hostile.
I never had mood swings so intense nad rapid, from euphoria to panic and disphoria in seconds!
Since I was in extreme state of depression before taking it,I was affraid I gone totaly crazy,
much like bad trip! Only after codeine exited system I feel good from tramadol alone.

Oh well! at leasted I learned something!
You can't find good combo every time!

Jon,what do you mean!?
If St. John's Wort helps me that means I have or haven't  P450-2D6 deficiency !?

the 2d6 enzyme cleaves the methyl ethers of codiene and tramadol in vivo so the enzyme inducers would cause more of this cleavage to occur.
st. john's wort makes the enzyme more active, ssri's like prozac inhibit this enzme so you would not get any opiate effects if you took any codiene or hydrocodone for example and prozac.

Interesting, since st. john's wort and tramadol are labeled as combo to avoid, since it can cause serotonin storm.
This "serotonin storm" thing confuses me!
I get allmost all the symptoms from use of drugs like MDMA or Tramadol,so am I realy having
serotonin storm then!? I mean, can effects of these drugs be described as serotonin storm!?

While many of the effects listed sound simular to Seretonin syndrome trust me when I say that Seretonin syndrome is indeed no pleasure. Extreme fever, mild to extreme convulsions and an over all feeling of terror. While MDA can cause SS when combined with SSRI's the flood itself is caused by a different mechanism then when MDA is used alone.

I tried codeine+tramadol few times,read my post,it just doesn't work for me,
it's awful combo! Everybody has different metabolism.

Thant is what I wanted to know Sedit...
Indeed, looking at the symptoms at wiki SS seems to be
ordinary effect of MDxx drugs.
Thing that confused me is that most drug instructions and medicine books
describe best effect of the drugs as "side efects".

MDA may flood the brain with Serotonin but it is able to still break down. Its when you have a combination of this with something that does not allow it to break down such as an MAOI that it becomes a serious issue. Of course large doses of Serotonin re-leasers such as MDA or sensitivity to such substances can cause the same issue such as in my case of SSRI use but the general population shouldn't be to concerned unless they notice the symptoms. As far as I know its generally pretty rare but I could be wrong.

Keep in mind about side effects is that when a drug company perscribes a substance like an opiate the effect desired is pain relief. Euphoria is an unfortunate side effect of this and I do indeed mean that. If it wasn't for this side effect larger doses could be taken without ill effect. Better to design a drug for Euphoria then have it as a side effect because then you will more then likely acquire restrictions for this substance causing it to lose its value to many people who could have otherwise benefited from it.

I newere complained on these and related "side effects" of morphine, don't see why anyone would!
For me,pain relief is not as significant as "giving damn about it" effect.

Sometimes when you take "too much" MDMA,after crash your thoughts run crazy or don't run at all and you become rigid like a damn statue, this is definitely some kind of serotonin screw up,but it is fixed well with benzos in my experience.

What is main difference in chemistry of neurotransmitters when taking MDMA vs. MDA !?
For me,Tramadol has exactly the same effects as MDMA for first few hours mixed with opiate comfort but w/o too significant speedy effects, and after 4-5h it transforms in complete and long lasting opioid effect with very pleasant opiate state of mind and sedation that lasts up to 24h (from time you took your dose to the end of all effects)
I would like to try MDEA for comparison!

One more thing to add about this magnificent compound!

Yesterday I got SEWEER case of influenza.
38°C+,pain breathing, choking in cough, shivering, vertigo, pain in muscles and joints...

Amphetamines usually help to kill the flu symptoms but can't find any.
Took some paracetamol+codeine pills,nothing happened...

Took 70mg of Trmadol, now I can get out of bed, work and feel allmost normal!
