Has anyone seen a paper I requested on one board or another on the preparation of 2-chloroethanol from glycol with acetic acid? I'm fucked if I can find it and I need it for a project. If anyone has it, please throw it up, thanks

I have not seen it, but I am commenting in this thread so I remember to look for it later -- not saying I will have any luck but I don't have time right to see.
