I have a hard copy of Synthetic Organic Sonochemistry in my hands, and it is a great resource. If someone will download all the pages available from the google books version, I'll scan the missing pages and upload the complete ebook.
I'm trying to download 93 of the pages now. Google's preview only lasts a certain number of pages, so be sure to start from page 94 and post to let others know what you're covering.
Here are the some of the tools you'll need:
Don't get blacklisted by google. First, here's a page describing the process. You'll need Greasemonkey to run the script. Then, you'll need a download manager like Down Them All to download all the links at once that the script generated for the book's pages.
Two problems:
1) a fast proxy (or something) so that you dont' get blacklisted by google
2) high res pages
Any comments/help downloading the book would be great.
