 Do you just use a plain ole kitchen type microwave salat, or have you one you have modified?

 If it is the multimode kitchem variety MW how do you find it re: 'hot spots' ?

 does the turntable do enough distributing the energy or does using the 'right' container (a column maybe) make a big difference? 

 Although I've only nuked meals, from what I've read they have some neat applications

what kind of things have you found it good for matey?
