I do not understand the faith people put in these drugs. Number one, we're talking about the brain, doctors know very little about brain chemistry. Two, every single person who is old enough to think for themselves realizes that profit motivates what doctors prescribe and three even if you are oblivious to the first two, surely you've heard the reports about what these drugs do to pepole and you would allow your child to take them? Niggah please.....

i remeber once someone took 100 dollars from me at my apartment so i went over to him and jammed a .38 up his mouth.
but the damn pesky neighbor had made me so i could'nt blast him.
i was taking prozac at the time.
i liked prozac because being bipolar it lowers my impulse control and makes me ruthless.

Damn jon, you mean prozac further removes impulse control ontop of the bipolar?  Fuck that must be like the inhibitive affect alcohol has on the brain when drunk... but instead being like that "sober" and 24/7!!!!

try it sometime prozac and paxil it depends on what your disposition is.
it's like not having any emotions at all, and on top of that being pissed off all the time,
best way i can explain it.
try it sometime, a bottle of dexedrine and a bottle of prozac and an ak-47 laying waste to everything you see; i believe you will enjoy yourself.

then again i like freud's approach to treating depression; give them cocaine naturally they feel better, send them on thier merry way.
when the cocaine runs out and they complain os depression, just give them more cocaine.
and so on.

reading this almost hurts me physically coz I KNOW EXACTLY what you "mean" and Faaaaaaaark,, in retrospect I Truly scares me some of the compounds Big Pharma 'toss around'

 TOO true Oobycoo, here's a VERY god 5min synopsis of how this came to be since the advent of what is known as the DSM aka "diagnostic and statistical manual" for "Deciding what is Wrong with you"...it is Pseudoscience at best, and madness at its worst!

 I'm sure a number of members here have Suffered at in the 'hands of psychiatrists'
