If it was on The hidden wiki, it is worthless - they want advanced payment, not willing to work within escrow services. -Unless some real hitmen found the board, which makes me question their status.

there is a valid use for hitmen in this day and age. Although hiring anonymously via the web sounds rather insane
There is no excuse for child pornography, which I find to be the most appalling aspect of TOR.
