This is a pretty cool site.  If I understand parts of it correctly, they'll pay you to do chemical synthesis of certain compounds includes reference materials on how to do the synthesis also.  Might be a source of fun or $$ for some of the more advanced chemists here.  At any rate it seems like a cool idea.

It's been online for more than a decade, it's used as a way to get research done at a lower cost  8)

Several of our people at the Lyc, especially some of our professor mods, use innocentive as a means of entertainment and income.  8)
