if this had just happened i'd be down in san francisco starting race riots.

this guy gets shot 5 times face down on the ground for not having his bus ticket.
better pay that metro fare if you know what's good for you.

reminder: This happened in july of the past year. The body was identified, and the so-called reasons for attacking him were given.
