We always see the 4 position played with in regaurds to the 2C and mescaline analogs but what would swapping out one of the methoxy groups do in regards to activity. I am aware phenethylamine antidepressants have some chlorines and fluorines put in some funky places but why am I having a hard time finding any mention of things like 3-chloro-4,5-dimethoxyphenethylamine or something related? I see 2,3 and 4-FA on the market and know that 4-FA is supposed to be the stronger releaser of the serotonin of the bunch but why (besides possible difficulty in synthesis((which I just now thought of))) haven't things like 2,4-dichloro-5-methoxy-phenethylamine been talked about?
I do not pretend to be knowledgeable about such things but seeing things like JWH-250 and JWH-203 make me wonder about this type of thing.
Always loving to learn more about this stuff, would love to hear about all of the actions of substitution across the generic 2C or even generic PEA molecule, I have much of it down but nobody every talks about weirder things like the beta position and whatnot.
