But not only luck, I very much expect from you that you use the time to get in a better physical shape. Your pictures showed you have been degrading badly in the last years and it hurts to see this happening to a friend. And I expect you will not let this happen again after your release, understood? Thats no question but an order  >:(

See ya when you get out... you won't be forgotten. I'm keeping you in my thoughts. Be safe, don't gamble, don't borrow, just read and stay straight and do your time. It'll be over before you know it. Those walls only make you crazy if you worry about them. Study some Buddhism too, there's no better way to pass the time and find happiness in hell than meditation.

Get that book, it will be worth it 100x over... "Buddhism Is Not What You Think: Finding Freedom Beyond Beliefs" That's what's nice about his version of Buddhism (the only real one), there's no beliefs, no faith, just wisdom... it's really a philosophy not a religion.

Is there anything you would like to receive in the mail? Assumedly there's at least one person here who will have your prison address. Do you want to see news articles? Serious stuff, or funny stuff? Letters? You should let us all know the answers to these questions before you go.
