lugh, sorry for me dont having professional chemistry knowledge, i just want to try PCP and as i did some other synthesis i figured that i might be able to convert 4-MeO-PCP into PCP but it's clearly not

There's a substantial amount of a strong odor that is known to the authorities emanating from one of those buckets, so you might want to consider using a smaller container with means for controlling the stench  :-X  Some articles on deoxygenation of phenols are attached  8)

Odor of what? Cyanide?

No one in my country ever heard about PCP , it wasn't found NEVER in any toxicological report, I investigated on that.

I hypotetically going to dream on that method, I will open a new thread, and give a pictorial ;)

I am actually more interested in the oh-analogs than I am with their completely stripped down cousin, starting from 3-meo-pcp, 4-meo-pcp, and methoxetamine (3-meo-4-oxo-pce) would the easiest method at home be the paper dreamon posted?  if not were should I spend my time looking?

Actually I think it is possible to crack off that methoxy group in a single reaction, using toxic selenium dioxide. I am searching for a reference to prove it at the moment, but there is nothing except a hint in two of otto snows book (amphetamine syntheses industrial, thc & tropacocaine).
But it seems this will only apply to para-methoxy substitution, not meta.

Using selenium dioxide to demethoxylate the 4-MeO-PCP can be worth it?
