I signed up last night. I got a modest interest in home Chemistry a few weeks ago; when I finally got my hands on a copy of "Grandad's Wonderful Book of Chemistry".

I joined over at "RogueScience". Those guys rather intimidated me; with their Klingon manners--but I spent a lot of time reading the articles.

And then they banned the Forum--I guess. I guess I've joined a half-dozen new Chem forums since then.

As I said on the "ScienceMadness" Forum--I have a well defined phobia of blowing fingers off--that pretty well rules out working with explosives.

Did my time in the Drug Culture. Found it a waste and a loss--and would be a very big bummer to get busted now...

So I'm kinda looking for a niche for myself, in home Chemistry.

Whatever.

This seems a friendly place.
