A fun little tidbit about DMSO for any that might read. If your pour it into the palm of your hand, there is a good chance it will pour out the other side in a few seconds. Needless to say this allows it to take nearly anything that is on your skin and make it sink in to your system. Use this for dermal drug delivery, etc. (ex: place pain killer drug on aching knee, pour DMSO on it, knee feels better). Beware of sucking bad reagents into your skin however...

BTW wasnt it DMSO that caused the incident hoffman had to discover LSD-25 as hallucinogen?
A lot of people think it becomes absorbed transdermal as it is, but look how the clandestine fentanyl cook has to protect himself, as his product is the same potency like LSD, few other hallucinogens, few cannabinoids etc...
but these arent really toxic compared to their effective dose which is way more than thousand times higher unlike fentanyl, which is also not absorbed readily through skin
