total synthesis of your favorite food

well guys, i like to cook drugs and food as well, so this thread has to made sticky here for us guys we like to cook, i will start it with a total synthesis of paprika-cucumber stew:

pepper-cucumber-stew/paprikagurkengemüse called in native language:

chemicals needed:
-three peppers, mixed color preferred, vegetable type
-an onion
-a half salad cucumber
-a bit ketchup
-double concentrated tomato paste 200g
-some chili
-some butter, amount of choice get fat if you want so
-optional rice one cup
-water tap/or distilled doesnt matter becomes sterile for use while using it in synthesis

equipment needed:
-pan (UTFSE for pan choice)
-another reaction vessel of choice
-fork, again UTFSE for fork choice buy a steel one at the professional preferably but a wooden one can also be selfmade if you live in an environment with strong laws like the states
-pan spoon preferably wooden but as always UTFSE for spoon choice, selfmade as above just give it another shape while making it
-gas
-plate, as for the just above buy if possible out of porcellane which can be reused innummerable times
-heat plate, reaction is heat driven again UTFSE for heat plate choice
-DO NOT use a flask to prepare!!!! reaction is too hot!

MAILLARD REACTION PROCEDURE:
so to the general procedure of preparation is called maillard reaction, which is an thermic reaction where the reagents do have become to decomposed which gives them some aromatic properties.
generally has some leftouts, but no problem for those known in the art...
SO,
halve the cucumber, cut up onion and peppers in small pieces. first reaction vessel used is the pan.
then go on roast the onion in butter with chili added , until it becomes yellow. seeds are optional if you prefer it hot which tastes really good with this recipe.
then add pepper and roast them a bit too on small flame, they can become a bit brown it gives a lot of aroma to them.
then add cucumber and cook them a bit until they decompose a bit in structural appereance.
add tomato paste and ketchup, cook for additional 10 minutes.
spice up for personal preferance.
rice is done in a second reaction vessel of choice with two cups water added and cooked for 10 minutes slightly, butter added.

good purity is achieved with a single solvent recrystallization using cremé fraíché.

bioassay:
preferably done in a calm environment, as it gets really trippy with a lot of euphoria if used properly with two cups of rice per portion.
enjoy with care due when made with some huge chili content!!!!
chili is know to burn twice!

potato wedges:

- 1 freezer bag 2-6 liter volume
- 6-12 potatos in nearly the same size
- salt, pepper, paprika powder, garlic powder or fresh garlic 3 pieces, some herbs, maybe one onion if you want
- 20-100ml oil

Method: Put the oil and all the herbs and spices in the freezer bag and mix it well. Wash the potatos and cut them in quarter or eights. Now add the potatos to your oil spice mix and make a knot. now shake it for 5-10 minutes. Every potato should now have a good oil layer and a lot of spice on it. After this put the potatos on a sheet with some baking paper. Now put it in the oven at 180°C for 10-20 minutes. The potatos should have a slightly cross layer at the top.

Result: Now there should be a quantitative yield of delicious potato wedges which are really fast synthetisized and super ultra delicious.
They are really fast made and are a good garnish to meat and other stuff.
A good dip is made out of creme fraiche and some herbs like a sour cream dip.
