Amphetamine Vaccumdestillation Questions

Hello,

I dream of a vacuum destillation, for my amphetamine freebase.
But i have some questions.

1. My Vacuumpump max. is 150mBar
is this enough ?

The freebase boilingpoint is in normal atmosphere 200-203°C

2. What is the bp on 150mBar ?

3.  in which t temperature goes amphetamine damaged ?


I think i must go with the temperatur about ~150°C with my vacuumsource, is this to high
decompose the amphetamine at temperature higher than ~120°C ?

(sorry again for my bad english, now topic because  i found nothing else here)

Before the good freebase decompose ?

thank you ! I think i have understand this, but my other question is
Is 150°C (about 140°C at 150mbar ~ bp amphetamine freebase) to high for the substance ?
I will not that it decompose.

why dont need it by a methamphetamin freebase destillation ? Why by amphetamin ?
ohh my god, this is harder then the reduction process :/ I do not understand this

Simple Distillation is done with organic compounds at boiling points below, or up to 150 oC. Vacuum Distillation is applied to organic compounds WITH boiling points ABOVE 150 oC.

For steam distillation of the product after such a reaction... Maintain boiling flask at 100'C with excess water. In the vapor that comes over will contain all the volatile content and all your product on the top. For vacuum distillation temperature is set depending upon the negative pressure of the vacuum. First you need good fume cup board, nitrogen, Claisen adapter, round bottom, liebig cooler, heating mantel, nitrogen or argon (or base will be red) insted wulf flash you can use bunzen flash. Its dangerous to destill it in large amounts. Also need some washin flash to catch amine before vacum pump, be very carefull! Steam destill is more complicated, but better also need inert gas.
