It is certainly interesting in that it is realted to salvinorin compounds and isn't an alkolid however it's complexity makes it's syntehsis a pipe dream and it's effects seem none too pleasnt:
mmmmm nausea, itching, vomiting, respiratory depression and sedation sounds like fun! Just kidding, it is a truly interesting compound but there isn't much experimentation any amatuer chemist could carry out with it.

Probably pretty easy to make from salvinorins.. which the dried leafs of salvia divinorum is easy to buy in bulk especially B2B and extract...
All those effects are classical of other mu-opioids.. the best part here is that it sounds like herkinorin will not build up resistance.
