Using the actual term "SWIM" tends to be shunned here just because it's been way overused at some less than great forums.
Passive statements are always a good option "150g of Y were mixed with 200g of Z."
In reality, though, it makes little difference from a legal standpoint. I murdered Nicole Simpson. See, it doesn't prove anything. On the other hand, if you say "SWIM added this and that to a 3-liter, 2 neck flask.. product came over at 110 C etc." and they can link you to the forum and find a 3-liter, 2 neck flask and lab notes mentioning a product coming over at 110, it's probably not going to improve your case any.
They're probably not going to connect you to any forums, but it's a good idea to be discreet in what you mention.
