Ok, here is the 'morning after' effects of the following combination:
Each pill contained the following:
200mg Hops extract
160mg Valerian extract
130mg Passion Flower extract.
All 3 are sedative and induce sleep, and Valerian is calming. The reccomended dose was 2 pills... so I took 3. I am awaiting the retrieval of my msn chatlogs so I can give full report, but as a start... Here is the 'morning after'.

8:55: Awoke having hard time staying awake, had to get breakfast, did not feel too hungry, appeared stoned and lethargic. Estimated time asleep was 6 hours and 30 mins.
8:57: Ate 2 slices of toast, drank 250ml red bull energy drink and 1 cup tea. Ate 1 hash brown and 1 sausage.
9:05: Smoked 1 Silk Cut Purple w/ half filter. It felt like a Major – very strong and powerful. After that could not keep balance, felt mildly nauseous and very tired. Forgot my hotel room number.
9:15 Found hotel room, collapsed on bed tired.
9:20 Started typing this from the 8:55 part.
9:22 Started listening to Lollipop Lust Kill album and reading about sedatives on laptop while typing. Keep making typos, cant remember anything except my girlfriends name and birthday which is soon. Feel deep and thoughtful, marginally guilty about how my last relationship ended, many strange feelings in my head. Room mate says I am slow witted and lethargic. Pupils still a bit dilated. I am speaking slower than normal, less talkative than normal. Making many typos.
9:34 can taste the tobacco still in my mouth, despite the cigarette being smoked a half hour ago. Stomach feels weird.
10:09 recovering some cognitive ability, still feel like I pulled a whitey last night on weed or something cos very tired still. Feel good though. Am going shopping in a while and to a sea life center or something.
Unknown time... about 1pm. The fish are AMAZING COLOURS. Nemo fish is so hot.
