I saw your earlier mention of diazepam's mediating effects and will certainly keep it in mind.  As for cutting, I actually didn't know they made digital pipettes like that (low budget chem department) but those are really nice and a lot more affordable than I expected.  Thank you!

in the practice of pharmacuetical compoundng one ould pestle 1 part ohme-fentanyl in a mortar and pestle with 9 grams dilutent once a uniform mixutre achievied 90 grams dilutent is added and so on until  you had 20,000,grams.  these days this could be done in a blender there are also rollers they use in compunding pharmacy for the same reason.
this could be followed up with alalytical methods to ensure uniformity.
how do i know?

Lsd blotters are simply dipped.  That digital pipette is cool, but most guys working crystal wouldn't have the concentration or patience to lay 10-100K individual hits at a time. 

The same technique could and has been applied to potent opioids.  Anyone have any of the turtle fentanyl blotter making the rounds in 2008? 

Blotter would probably be the safest way to dispense large quantities.  I wouldn't trust any mixture to be even, and laying "pills" individually is not realistic on a large scale.  Blotter is really even if laid on a large scale.  Two issues: 1. the mix becomes more potent due to evaporation as the laying process progresses 2. hits near the edges are slightly more potent.

most drug addicts are of the dumb consumer variety.

It was sold by mail as fentanyl blotter.  It went pretty quickly as I recall.  Well worth the money.

I remember those turtles, but the ones I had were inactive and bitter as fuck. Believed to be layed with grain alcohol as solvent. Scammer tried to cash in on the popularity. There are certain invite only forums dedicated to the trading of these sort of things. Vendors would usually use digital currency or WU to stay anonymous.
