2-fluorophenol via Sandmeyer

I was thinking if it would be possible to prepare 2-fluorophenol from 2-aminophenol by the Sandmeyer reaction. 2-aminophenol is a lot cheaper than 2-fluorophenol and that is the main reason for this idea. Does anyone know whether it might or might not work.

all I found was a reference for 4-fluoroanisol:
