F@%K Black Pepper!!!!

Hellow busy bees! Its the new bee here with a new discovery maybe....
Ok, theres alot of talk about piperine synths from black pepper.....but theres a supplement out there thats piperine 95%

I know the U.S. brand is 95% piperine with some extra ingredients.....but the U.K. brand im not sure of. Off to the supplament store to cop my daily vitamines!! Laughing

OK, heres the question....I'm new @ this and im not like most bees on here who are interested in mdma knowledge. Im more interested in PCP knowledge. So my question to the veterans is how do i turn the piperine into piperidine instead of piperic acid?

I read on here that piperine + soda lime + dry distillation = piperidine
please can someone of great experience help a baby bee out and elaborate a little on this method? Or could someone help with the alcoholic KOH method to acquire piperidine not piperic acid.

I love this new community i've found, you guys are great.

Oh and as always any knowledge shared is greatly appreciated and as i grow into a well equiped bee full of knowledge, i will be sure to return the favor and take a new bee up under my wing (point intended) Razz

put the piperine together with lye or hydrochloric acid, both will effect the cleavage of the amide. depending on what you used, you either have the piperidine freebase or the HCl salt in your mix. look up any standard amide cleavage procedure.

oh yes, please be aware that piperidine is very likely to affect your balls. don't waste your fertility for drugs!

But excuse me for my lack of knowledge, but ive done some searches on amide cleavages and have no clue nor found any write ups on what this is or mean. could you maybe elaborate a lil? Im not a lazy bee, i was hesitant to respond with this question so i made sure i did my research b4 i asked you.

thnx again

well ok...if you have piperine as a pure substance, just toss it into dilute hydrochloric acid (from the garden store is fine) and reflux it for 12 hours. that will give you the water soluble HCl salt of piperidine and the free piperic acid (which could precipitate out, no idea). add enough NaOH to this to liberate the piperidine freebase and extract the mixture with a nonpolar solvent, in which you will end up with the piperidine freebase. i assume that the base is volatile so i would go for forming the HCl salt right away to prevent damage to your balls Smile

lol....thnx joe (BTW who said i had BALLS?) once again excuse my ignorance but if a synth i dreamed of calls for piperidine, im assuming the HCL salt (solid) wouldn't be a problem and would weigh the same?

swim don't know about your synth, swim guesses you're thinking about making PCP or ketamine (which are the only synths swim knows of that call for piperidine). if you have no balls, you might have ovaries which are just as affected. it's not very likely for females to synthesize controlled substances, but well...there are exceptions
