As everyone in the chem field, from the high school chem student,
to the person going for their doctorate knows.
keeping careful logs of exparimental progress is a keystone to developing better techniques, synth's. and procedures.
however for our purposes keeping a research log in such detail that anyone can pick it up, and having the kit and chems on hand. They can duplicate your results using your information, is not really our intent.
my question is,
who here keeps a research log(aka. honey bible, Exibit A, etc...), and out of those people.
what types of information do you deem useful enough to log,
and what precautions are taken so that your bible doesn't end up used as Exibit A(and very much not in your favour of expanding your scientific horizons)?
so far what i've got in mine
