Weekly live chat... best times?

I suggest we have a scheduled weekly chat among interested users.

I propose that this chat be on Friday nights 2100 hours EST. This equates to:
- Saturday mornings 0200 hours Zulu / Greenwich Mean Time
- Friday nights 0600 hours Pacific Standard Time

Any thoughts, gang?

You could have different subjects on differant days that way the subjects that intrest certain people, they would know the scheadule, say Phenethylamine Fridays, or Tryptamine Tuesdays. Just certain topics on certain nights and just b/s normal disscusion anytime else. They could be like confances or meetings for the chemical elite. Now we just need to figure out good security. Perhaps even a newbee night where generous bee's would lend a teaching hand. People would learn so fast by asking questions and getting answers in real time. Very Happy

When we organised this last time, we actually had lots of members arrive, but no where to go,

silc is probably the best solution to security, imho. if anyone needs help setting it up i can help. i can't really offer a server because my connectivity is a lot more patchy than i would like, but maybe someone else has a server running linux/bsd and has shell access to run servers.

we did this in the early days at the hive . it was fun but i dont know if it is so safe anymore .

Will there be a chatbox especially for synthetikal or not?
Since it would be very nice, and people would indeed learn much quiker getting real live answers like "the moon rules--1" sayd.
