It is legal to order 5-Meo-AMT. It states in the federal law of analogs that it prosecutable for human consumption. But who is to say it is for consumptionn maybe someone wanted to use it for research. Someone please clarify this for me.
It also states in Erowid that it is not a controlled substance and is not illegal. |

It's true that it's not specifically scheduled at this time though
"They" could mount a reasonable prosecution of someone for purchase and/or possesion under the federal Analog Act IMO. If they were so inclined of course. |

...Next to that, ordering a chemical like that under your private name / address with your private creditcard might not be the right thing to do nowadays. Eventhough it is possible that the substance itself is perfectly legal, I just wouldn't want my private information on the computer of a supplier. We all have seen what happened with these large customer databases when the computers of the suppliers got seized....
Oh and I think, but I could be wrong, that this topic belongs in the Legal Issues forum. |
