Idea for a PCP analog

swim was looking thru the structure of PCP (phencyclidine), and while at it, noted that recently lots of piperazine analoga of drugs are beeing synthesized and circulated (BZP, TFMPP, MDM-BZP, etc...).
So Swim thought, why not do this to PCP? the end compound would bee 1-(1-Phenyl-cyclohexyl)-piperazine (probably could be better named, but swim has limited knowledge in naming structures, and relies on chemdraw).
Swim wonders if this compound would bee as active as PCP... since as far as swim knows, this piperazine analog would be legal, at least in some countries.
All that is needed to make this one instead of conventional PCP, would bee to replace the piperadine with piperazine, unless it woudl cause the end product to comprize of 1-(1-Phenyl-cyclohexyl)-piperazine and 1,4-Bis-(1-phenyl-cyclohexyl)-piperazine (in the case two N atoms would bee affected thus creating the later), but this in itself might prove to bee an interesting compound!
lets see what u think |
