Finally after much research, 12 years of an on and off effort, came together within the last 48 Hours,
The product is now cooling in a clear aqueous solution in the bath, showing me, that the reaction is at an end,
Only 24 hours earlier it was a drak grey solution with a fine dark powder forming on the bottom of the bath,
Method
---------
400 grams of surfactant/ solvent were initially added to 2400 gr of celluose material
20 L of warm 40C Temp water was quickly added
(note. Hot water seemed to increase reaction rate)
This was stirred occasionaly over a period of 24 hours, where upon the dark solution appeared , and silt settles to the bottom.
2nd Rinse
-----------
After a period of 24 hours, this solution is drained, and the solids rinsed with water
Once the solution appeared clear and clean, 20L of warm water was dumped into the bath.
This was left overnight, filtered to leave 2100 grams of 1)30% Tshirt 2) 35% Jeans 3) 35% socks
Finally, a good method for washing clothes in the bath
