Binding agent.
« on: May 20, 2010, 05:01:43 AM »
Just so everyone knows I have done my research but i am not a chemist and i don't know everything so i come to you for help.

So fare i have my pill press to buy, My Stuff to press and furthermore the time and effort, and general idea of what I'm doing after reading countless things on the internet and reading with Ol' Uncle Fester.

I'm aware that i need a Binding agent to buy pills. I've read about Sugar, Cornstarch HEMC, HCEM, and some others.

I finally decided i wanna be with the big boys and i want to use.

Hydroxyethyl Methyl Cellulose (HEMC) AKA Natrasol

MY QUESTION IS!

What is the difference between

Hydroxyethyl Cellulose
&
Hydroxyethyl Methyl Cellulose

They sound similar, They look similar. YET! they come up different and as different things and as different prices and everything.

It looks like there both about the same. and wont kill anyone who ingest it. But still i wanna know the difference, which would be better for binding pills, And which you think i should use.

Thanks in advance.
Frylock.
