First post here, my question relates to separating the D And L isomers of amphetamine freebase oil, there a well
known process of separating the two use d-tatric acid, one of the levo tatrates of the acid is soluble in hot methanol
while the other one is not or something. I'll have to try this one day, have any of you had any experience in it at all?

Which brings me to another question, separation of drug-base oil isomers in general, MDMA has many isomer doesn't
it? As i'm sure most of the phenethylamine drugs do as well, it should be an important art for us to learn isotope separation.

The reason i wanna try this on a small amount of amphetamine freebase is because i am interested in seeing if it works, d-amphetamine is much more of a mental and cognitive stimulant. And it's effects are much nicer, same with d-methamphetamine.

Learn about Chirality first!, MDMA has many isomers = FALSE! if two enantiomers is many then I guess so. But it has the same amount of enantiomers as Meth or Amphetamine. Most phenthylamines have many isomers, sounds like rubbish also but which ones specifically are you talking about.

Wow, you are way off! An isotope has nothing to do with what we ware talking about, what you are talking about is referred to as 'enantiomer resolution' or 'isomer resolution'.
