This is my idea: Propiophenone -> propiophenone oxime -> propiophenone oxime tosylate -NEBER REARRANGEMENT-> cathinone.
Is tosyl chloride hard to get? Any papers on the last step?
Any help is appreciated; I searched "Neber" on this site but couldn't find anything. Has this reaction been discussed before?
