I would love a decent (human) translation of the ergot to lsd thread on hyperlab
Edit by Enkidu: The thread is here: https://www.hyperlab.info/inv/index.php?s=&act=ST&f=17&t=28392
The translation by Google Translate is ok.

Hey - Nice work reckless!
I've been out of the loop for a while and while I've seen oblique references to activating Al with CuSO4 this is the first hand on write up I've seen. Our environment should become a much happier place . . .

Here is an old list of links to Hyperlab synthesis reports (mostly including also bioassays and sometimes literature reviews) organized by compounds (mostly only novel or rare compounds are included). It is truly outdated given it is from 2008, but someone might nevertheless find it useful (there are several dozens of new compounds made since then). Some links lead to the subforum accessible only to contributing members which means you first have to register and make a symbolic contribution to access those threads.

Just an FYI: If you go to that forum with google's chrome browser, it detects that its in russian and does a pretty damn good job translating.. i'm able to read the forums there, lots of good stuff over in Russia..

^Oh yeah! Brilliant suggestion. I forgot about how this feature would easily fix that problem.

The Hyperlab review thread linking to the Hyperlab reports was last updated Feb. 9. 2009. Here it is attached (make sure you switch your browser coding to Cyrillic, if this does not occur automatically, else you will only see the ASCII garbage). The name of the compounds are given mostly according to IUPAC rules, but if you happen to be illiterate in Cyrillic, you need to transliterate them to Latinic first and then deduce from the sound of it (as far as I know, the on-line transliteration tools are not able to give out an English orthography directly).
There exists also a ChemFinder database with all the compounds ever reported on Hyperlab (>250 entries with structures and summaries), but I don't think it was released for public use and it was probably also last updated a few years ago. For the new reports, I suggest the most obvious solution: post a report on a novel compound which automatically gains you access to the Development crew subforum. You can then read all the reports there are. If you are not a developer of new compounds and have nothing to report, then most likely you also don't have much interest into gaining access anyway.

Any research into opioid analogs going on there?

Opiate chemistry is not allowed at Hyperlab, AFAIK.

Assyl's #1 pet peeve: those who oppose the drug war because their drug is illegal, not because they realize the entire idea is flawed and rotten to the core. Mostly a problem with hippies, potheads, space cadet psychonauts, etc. Pretentious and ignorant.
Thanks for the info though!
