I'm wondering as the only volatile product of dry distillation of Polyvinyl Acetate is supposed to be Acetic Acid (although polymeric polyacetylene is left in the pot). Seems like a nice, cheap, povo as fuck way to GAA for those who shudder at the thought of purchasing chemicals.
