This is the second one for e-cigs -- I am thinking this isn't a robot spammer, but an actual person being paid to do it from some 3rd/2nd world country...

Surely it is not a coincidence they both made it into the pharmacology forum; the most appropriate forum for this section?

I have noticed forum spam services that have actual people behind them - here is an example where they are clearly trying to promote a site;

And pretty much ALL other markcampellmarks on the Internet post information about salvia - linking directly to the site he is promoting...

Not sure how I am going to fix this issue.. :/
