going to replace quantum mechanics as we know it some day soon. I was just reading advanced organic chem part a for the first time and was surprised at how easy to read it was. But, even being easy to read doesn't make something as, unique, as intra and intermolecular forces any easier to describe. My gut feeling is everything that is known about such forces could probably be summed up in a very simple intuitive way with vortex based mathematics. You really wanna know how tinfoil hatty I am- I believe that mankind is entering a new era and the date of 2012 is significant to such, I believe that the adoption of VBM will be a part of that change. I can't explain it except to say that I believe modern theory, although seemingly accurate, to be trying too hard. I think a more subtle pattern is at work, but definitely a pattern. A most basic frequency, I guess you might say. I can only imagine what somebody with some real talent in chemistry could do if they were able to find that link. You might as well be pulling Excalibur from a rock.
You have to look past the religious talk around this subject, it's just a way for some people to explain otherwise abstract forces with a word, like orbital. As for the religious parts, you can take them or leave them, the man has found something. What you are seeing, IMO, is the watermark of creation. And this watermark, or imprint of this creative force can even be seen in the relationships among quantities, something scientists have long held as the one true sterile thing, numbers.
It's already showed strong potential for pretty hefty advances in nano tech.
I'm just sayin'
