    synthetic cathinones, 4-methyl-N-methylcathinone (mephedrone), 3,4-
    methylenedioxy-N-methylcathinone (methylone), and 3,4-
    methylenedioxypyrovalerone (MDPV) in Schedule I of the CSA to avoid an
    imminent hazard to the public safety.

It really is and the Fed is really short sighted with prohibition, as we already know...

These acts will only cause the black market to prosper, create throngs of criminals, cause the labs of ill repute to create new and unknown materials and as result increase the threat to public health...

Additionally, it will increase our tax burden to fund, and reinforce the need to expand, the war on drugs... So it's a win win for everyone... Sigh...

I wish they would just piss on their own doorstep, not everybody else's.  Why the buggery should europe have to kiss the DEA's arse. Fuck the cunts. You can't have the same organization make the law AND enforce it. That invites corruption and vested interests.
