"Straight to E" extraction question.

Hello,

I was researching some of the old Hive archives and came across Video Editor's "straight to e" thread and was hoping someone could validate this method to still work in these more recent years. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Here is an edited list of 'ingredients' this was found to be effective with:
